JT, or James, was born in Washington state and started tattooing after traveling the U.S. for a number of years. He got his break at Psycho Ink in Conway, Arkansas with a formal apprenticeship under owner, Joe Phillips. After working with Joe for a couple of years he decided to return to Washington to be closer to his family. JT says: "I'm happy to be back & love the opportunity to work with Jason at Ink City." JT enjoys pursuing the art of tattooing & all its many styles. He has a diverse portfolio and can work with his clients to achieve exactly what they're after, he looks forward to a future of tattooin' at Ink City Tattoo.
